How exactly does Diagnosed Wellness™ work?
Diagnosed Wellness™ is a program to incentivize your employees to do a wellness exam by an in-network physician of their choice. Most adult and well-child exams are covered at 100% by your medical insurance carrier. Once an employee submits proof of their wellness exam, the employer will award them for completion. Diagnosed Wellness™ can be customized to fit your company and its needs.
How can employees implement a Diagnosed Wellness™ Exam?
Your group medical insurance carrier provides an annual exam for your employees to review their general health at no cost, with a $0 co-pay. If they do not have a physician, connect them with Diversified Employee Benefit Services and we will arrange a list of doctors in their business or home zip code who will perform a Diagnosed Wellness™ exam.
